Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing or using the TEAMFAIR mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of the proposed terms, do not use the application or create an account.

1. Use of the Service

TEAMFAIR is a technological tool designed to facilitate the organization of amateur sports teams, record statistics, and manage closed groups for sports participation.

By using our platform, you are granted a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the software.

2. Advertising and Free Model

The download and use of the basic functional plan of TEAMFAIR are free. To maintain our infrastructure costs, the application includes advertising spaces managed by authorized third-party integrations (AdMob).

The user accepts the display of these ads in the application. TEAMFAIR will not pre-meditatedly or intentionally host gambling advertisements. However, we cannot rule out with absolute guarantee what advertising is served according to the individual algorithmic tracking of the external provider.

3. Community Rules and Moderation

It is fundamental for the use of the application to maintain a respectful environment within the social ecosystem and groups.

• Violations: It is strictly forbidden to use usernames, nicknames or profile images obtained by the Identity Provider that are of an offensive, illegal, discriminatory nature or that impersonate third parties.
• Collective Moderation Algorithm: Our system includes a social validation mechanism (40% Rule). If 40% or more of the members of a sports group report a user's content (name or avatar) for misconduct or inappropriate behavior, the system will automatically anonymize that identity in said group, protecting the community.
• Administrator Authority: The users who created the groups have full administrative tools to alter and/or expel any member at their discretion, to ensure the coexistence of their sports group.

4. Disclaimer

TEAMFAIR exclusively provides management software and digital algorithmic balancing.

We do not officially organize physical events ourselves; we do not hire medical, sports or refereeing staff and we do not commercially insure facilities. Participation in or attendance at matches and organized events managed or coordinated through the parameters of the application is carried out exclusively under the strict and unique responsibility and account of each user.

TEAMFAIR does not assume any type of civil representation or liability for damages or losses related to injuries, incidents or any altercation occurred within the physical sports spectrum separate from the management of the technological provider.

5. Cancellation and Violations

We reserve the explicit right to suspend, deactivate or unconditionally cancel your account or persistent access to TEAMFAIR services in case of use for malicious purposes, bots, scraping techniques and any sustained non-compliance with these Terms.
