At TEAMFAIR ("we", "us", "our" or "the application"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

To offer you the best experience in organizing matches and balancing teams, TEAMFAIR collects the minimum amount of information necessary:

• Identity Information: When you log in via third-party providers (Google, Microsoft or Apple), we receive your email address, display name, and your profile image URL.
• Usage Data and Statistics: We store your sports results (wins, draws, losses) and performance scores associated with the groups you belong to, exclusively for the operation of the application's matchmaking algorithm.
• Device Identifiers: We use third-party services (Google AdMob and Firebase) that collect device identifiers (such as AAID on Android or IDFA on iOS), IP address and device information to show ads and analyze app performance.
• AI Processing (Optimization Algorithms): For the generation of balanced teams, TEAMFAIR uses third-party Artificial Intelligence models. This process is performed **anonymously**: we only send numerical levels and performance statistics, without attaching names, emails or personal identifiers that would allow the AI to identify the user.

2. Image and Content Management

• No-Storage Policy: TEAMFAIR does not host or store copies of your profile pictures on our servers. The application only links to the image URL provided by your identity service or generates a virtual image with your initials.
• Users can choose to hide their external profile picture at any time from the app settings.

3. Use of Information

We use the information collected to:

• Create and manage your user account securely.
• Calculate the optimal balancing of sports teams in your groups based on voting and statistics through algorithms and AI models.
• Show advertising through our advertising partners.
• Ensure security, investigate fraudulent activities and prevent abusive use.

4. Deletion of Account and Data

You have the absolute right to cancel and delete your account at any time directly from the app Settings. You can also request deletion by sending an email to: soporteteamfair@googlegroups.com. Upon doing so:

• Your authentication account will be permanently deleted.
• Your name and photo will disappear from all groups, becoming an anonymized "Deleted User" protecting the structural integrity of statistics.
• If you are the only administrator of a group, the system will automatically assign the administrator role to another active member to ensure its operation, or it will be purged if no real members remain.

5. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices. We recommend reviewing this document periodically.
